Let my people go surfing (Yvon Chouinard, Founder of Patagonia)

I just ordered my second copy of this book.
"Lass die Mitarbeiter surfen gehen"  - this time in german language to lend it to some friends not so comfortable with english. It is really one of my favorite books (as well as Patagonia is my favorite outdoor clothing company). It simply gives hope, that "work culture", environmentalism and being profitable can go together.
It is a bright light in the dark world of  "premium" international companies (e.g. German Telecom, Deutsche Bahn, Lidl. etc...) bullying and spying their employes.

My TRX Trainer

After some consideration I ordered a TRX force kit at the official germany import http://www.transatlantic-fitness.com/ .
It was delayed at Frankfurt Aiport, but now will get shipped on next monday.
Transatlantic Fitness is doing a nice job on keeping me updated on status.

The also published infomation, that e.g. Holmes Place Fitness Studio Düsseldorf is running some kind of courses using the TRX Suspension Trainer.
As a member of the Cologne "Guerzenich" Club (which i can only recommed!) i should try to get an invitation there.
Transatlantic is also doing some new "train the trainers" stuff.
