"Lass die Mitarbeiter surfen gehen" - this time in german language to lend it to some friends not so comfortable with english. It is really one of my favorite books (as well as Patagonia is my favorite outdoor clothing company). It simply gives hope, that "work culture", environmentalism and being profitable can go together.
It is a bright light in the dark world of "premium" international companies (e.g. German Telecom, Deutsche Bahn, Lidl. etc...) bullying and spying their employes.
