I'am pretty happy with my Business Run result:
Time: 25:07 (for 5km)
Position: 1001 (yep! i am first - thousand and thirst...)
As i am not an ambitious runner, that's alright.
Finally, i have to admit it's some fun to outrun several thousand others ;-)
Currently i am thinking of participating a short (5-10km running) triathlon next year.
Until then there is enough time to improve my swimming and running. There is some need for improvement there...
